On Site Registration

Registration will be available in the Ante Room of the Great Hall from 8am on Monday, July 9th, 2012.

On Line Registration

Early registration deadline: June 1, 2012 (midnight PDT).

The following registration fees apply.

*Note for students: The Organizing Committee highly encourages students to attend the RSS conference. We offer discounted registration fees for student attendees, and are proud to announce the National ICT Australia (NICTA) Student Fellowship to further reduce the cost of student participation.

Both regular and student registrations include attendance to the conference oral presentations, interactive poster sessions and workshops as well as a single ticket for the conference welcome reception and banquet. Additional social event tickets may be purchased during registration.

Refund Policy

A full registration refund will be available for all requests received on or before June 16, 2012 (midnight PDT). No refunds will be made after that date (with the exception of serious personal emergencies). To request a refund please email the Local Area Chair. Your email should clearly state your full name, email, phone, and reservation ID or confirmation number.
